LADOTD Retainer Contract for Professional Surveying Services - Contract No. 4400001134
SJB Group, LLC’s Surveying Division has once again been selected by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) to perform surveying services located within the DOTD Districts of 02, 61 and 62.
As part of the scope of services, SJB Group will perform services consisting of the following:
- Topographic Survey
- Title Work
- Property Survey
- Title Updates
- R/W Maps
- Title Take-Off
The Retainer Contract, which has a program ceiling of $500,000 and a three-year term, will be performed under separate Task Orders.
