Retainer Contract for Critical Path Method Analysis
S.P. No. 700-99-0503SJB Group, LLC announces that its Construction Services Division has been selected by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) to perform Construction Time Analysis services using the Critical Path Method (CPM) of analysis for statewide construction projects. This will allow LA DOTD personnel to prioritize activities for the effective management of project completion. SJB Group will also check for plan errors, provide cost estimates, and provide any value engineering or construction proposal concepts related to the design of projects, as well as provide training for LA DOTD’s Project and District personnel in CPM and the use of Primavera software.
