SJB Group Expands Engineering Resources with
New Senior Project Manager

BATON ROUGE, La., July 9, 2007, SJB Group, LLC today announced that Mr. C. Rick Hathaway has joined the Engineering Department as Senior Project Manager. Mr. Mickey Robertson, Vice President and Engineering Division Manager of SJB Group stated, “With over 25 years of experience and a diverse and wide-ranging portfolio including residential and commercial land development; municipal engineering; and Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development engineering, we are pleased and honored to have Rick join our team.”

As Project Manager, Mr. Hathaway will manage the overall civil design of projects; plan preparation, permitting and reports as well as the supervision and coordination of project engineers’ and technicians’ duties. Responsibilities will include budgeting, staff management, client and regulatory agency interaction, project schedule and deliverable production on projects.

Mr. Hathaway has held positions with the City of New Orleans Department of Streets and regional consulting firms, with positions ranging from project engineer/ project manager to chief civil engineer and associate vice president. His responsibilities have included: managing the design and construction document production and construction administration for various private, civil, municipal and State projects; supervising the operation of a municipal government division with a staff of 200; and managing the planning and engineering on land development projects for both commercial and residential sites.

Prior to joining SJB Group, Mr. Hathaway served as Associate Vice-President and Project Manager with Krebs Lasalle Lemieux Consultants, Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Orleans in 1982.
