SJB Group, LLC Announces Mr. William J. “Jeff” Bell to Lead the Parks & Planning Division

Baton Rouge, Louisiana, July 26, 2006, SJB Group, LLC today announced that Mr. William J. “Jeff” Bell, has been appointed Director of Parks & Planning, reporting to Vice President and Engineering Division Manager, Mickey L. Robertson. Mr. Bell has been with SJB Group since 2004 as a Senior Land Planner and Landscape Architect. During his tenure, Mr. Bell has planned several quality residential developments, soon to be under construction or currently under construction, including Lexington Estates and University Club South, both located on Nicholson Drive South of Bluebonnet Boulevard.

In his new role as Director of Parks & Planning, which specializes in land planning and landscape architecture services for community, residential, commercial, mixed-use and recreation projects, Mr. Bell will supervise staff, manage projects and profitability, develop and negotiate proposals and contracts, maintain key client relationships, assist with service quality and perform project review and control.

Prior to joining SJB Group, Mr. Bell was a Senior Associate at Dugan Design Group out of Memphis, Tennessee. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University A&M in 1991. Mr. Bell has over 13 years of experience in land planning and landscape architecture and is a registered Landscape Architect in Louisiana, Tennessee and Georgia.
