SJB Group Supplements Owner’s Representation Expertise with New Senior Project Manager

BATON ROUGE, La., October 4, 2007, SJB Group, LLC today announced that Mr. Ronnie Rabalais has joined the Construction Services Department as Senior Project Manager.  In this role, Mr. Rabalais will assist in directing and supervising construction management and administration activities of the firm. 

 

Mr. Rabalais’ 35-years of experience will further supplement SJB Group’s Construction Services Department, which provides Construction Time Analysis services for statewide road construction projects and comprehensive owner’s representation services for both public and private sector clients including developers, financial institutions, REIT’s, and public agencies that develop, construct, or maintain Real Property.

 

SJB Group’s owner’s representation services include program management, property condition assessments, project cost estimating and schedule development, constructability reviews, bid evaluation, value engineering, quality monitoring and assurance, on-site inspections, payment review and approval, change order management, punch list resolution and claims avoidance.

 

Prior to joining SJB Group, Mr. Rabalais served as a consultant for PinnacleOne inspecting and analyzing properties for construction deficiencies.  Mr. Rabalais also owned and managed R.A. Rabalais Construction Company and has provided independent consulting services for real estate appraisers, attorneys, governmental agencies and property owners establishing scopes of work and costs for curative measures to buildings affected by roadway expansions.
