Howell Place – Medical Complex
SJB Group, LLC was contracted by Cambridge Healthcare Development Corp. to prepare a Conceptual Site Layout arranging buildings, required parking, and accessory features; prepare a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment; prepare a Planning Commission Submittal Package; and conduct a Topographic Survey for the project site to map relevant topographic information including utilities and boundaries for the proposed Medical Complex at Howell Place, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
SJB has provided site civil engineering for the project including drainage, utilities, and site paving.
The Medical Complex at Howell Place is situated on an 8-acre site and consists of two buildings of approximately 30,000 square feet each. One building houses medical offices; the second building is a specialty hospital.
SJB Group, LLC started working on this project on March 15, 2002, and completed the first phase of work in May, 2002. A second phase of the project to produce the final construction drawings was completed in August of 2002.
