HOW WE DESIGN

COMMUNITY

THE BUILDING BLOCKS TO OUR APPROACH
Low environmental impact and project sustainability guide the design process as we strive to leave the site better than we found it. Native plant materials, low-volume or no-volume irrigation, proper storm water management practices, and the utilization of recycled materials for site features and furniture are part of our design process to minimize impact on a site.

CREATIVE SOLUTOINS
Our experienced creative planning team allows us to craft unique solutions guided by specific project goals and the area’s existing fabric. We know that each project is unique and we place special emphasis on the project context, aesthetics, existing site conditions, and operational and maintenance capabilities of the entity, as well as the associated costs.
DUE DILIGENCE
Our team routinely performs due diligence to assist our clients in analyzing the site selection and feasibility of development. We often seek collaborative solutions by conducting development and community-wide charettes and design workshops focusing on needs and project goals. Gathering stakeholder input during the decision-making process provides unique ideas and the best and most acceptable solutions for all users.
